House RenovationLet me introduce myself to all reviewers. I am Priyavarshini living in Velachery near Ashram in Kamadenu Flats.How I got Mr. Vidyakar the Proprietor of Narasimha Interior Decorators Madipakkam :To be very frank, on one pretext or other I was not satisfied with many contractors who were introduced by my relatives and friends for my house renovation. So I decided to browse online and came into contact with Mr. Vidyakar.Vidyakar at once responded and on the same week he came to my house. We talked in detail about the work. He sent his men to take measurement for estimation of civil, electrical, painting, carpenter, tiles fixer and plumbing works. In two days he emailed me his estimation, and on a fine day they started the work.Vidyakar Attitude and Nature :Very genuine, professional, decent, cultured, trustworthy and honest person. A man of words. He completed the work at said time.Vidyakar and his team :Just superb, decent workers. They have respect for the material they use i.e. they don't waste anything and at the same time they don't touch our things i.e. very trustworthy persons.Performance of workers :Right from civil workers to painters all are professional. In perticular messan or civil workers, painters, plumbers, electrician are highly professional even I can say that they are perfectionist. I have not seen such dedicated boss and his team people. They simply love to do the job for job sake rather for money. All of them are very nice, happy, sweet smart workers. The supervisor has good skill set thus he conducted his supervision well by handling the workers with respect, tact and politeness. Apart from supervisor Mr. Vidyakar comes to supervise at all stages of work.On the whole Mr. Vidyakar and his team are excellent in all matters.Feasible :Vidyakar charges are reasonable and quoted as per our demands so as to say it depends on the materials we ask for. Still I feel he doesn't make a hole in our pocket.What costomer think :You all might think or doubt me if I have got some favour from him. In that case please visit my house. To further add I was tensed when I contacted him online as he is a total stranger but seeing some of your reviews I contacted him. Not only money risk but do note I am renovating my sister's house. I see that he is not like others who leave or ditch the house owners at half work or like those who demand more money or make the owners run from pillar to post but I see him and his team people standing up to my expectation till the last bit of job.My people are happy :Not only myself but my sister niece and her two little boys also we're interested when seeing the 23 years old house taking a new shape providing more comfort, space with eye catching stencils touch making them further excited.We all thank You Vidyakar and Your Team.Keep It Up and Keep Going !

Got contact through a friend, the team helped renovate a 23 year old apartment that did not undergo any major cleaning after construction. Both the painting and the carpentry were handled by professionals and although some of the requirements were a little pricy, the team supported with proper compensation and ensured we met our available budget by not going overboard.
